Calling East Bethesda Home

Residents of East Bethesda enjoy one of the most urban accessible lifestyles in the area thanks to its close proximity to the Wisconsin Avenue Business Corridor, Woodmont Triangle and the more recently developed Bethesda Row. It also has the closest proximity of any neighborhood to the Bethesda Metro making public commuting to the District a breeze. The neighborhood also boasts one the largest citizens association in Montgomery County covering 1200 households and hosting an array of community events including a Labor Day Picnic and Halloween Parade. Neighborhood block parties are commonplace and residents gather at Lynbrook Park every year to watch the fireworks at the neighboring Columbia Country Club. While much of the housing stock has been turned over into larger newer construction homes by builders eager to satisfy the demand for larger, more modern homes, the neighborhood still contains smaller, utterly charming homes that date back to the 1930's.
